Tuition, fees, deposits, payment arrangements, refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, and other enrollment-related matters are subject to the applicable enrollment agreement, school catalog, and Ann Webb Skin Institute policies.

Program schedules, course offerings, start dates, and availability may change as permitted by applicable requirements.

Students (and parents/guardians of dependent minors) have the right to access and review their educational file by submitting a written request to the School Director; supervised access will be granted within five business days of the request. Any third‑party request for information requires written authorization and a completed release form. The Institute may provide access to student records without written consent to its accrediting agency, the U.S. Department of Education, the State licensing agency, and other school officials, and the school maintains a record of all release forms and requests for information.
