Students (and parents/guardians of dependent minors) have the right to access and review their educational file by submitting a written request to the School Director; supervised access will be granted within five business days of the request. Any third‑party request for information requires written authorization and a completed release form. The Institute may provide access to student records without written consent to its accrediting agency, the U.S. Department of Education, the State licensing agency, and other school officials, and the school maintains a record of all release forms and requests for information.

We will not share mobile information or personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use trusted service providers to support necessary functions such as application and enrollment processing, financial aid, payment processing, educational services, website services, and communications.
